We are pleased that our recommendation set out in the Interim Report in July 2018, concerning Arron Banks and his donation, has been acted on by both the Electoral Commission — which has concerns that Banks is not the ‘true source’ of the donation — and by the National Crime Agency, which is currently investigating the source of the donation.
