True, and substitute “internet” for “Twitter” and this is well rehearsed argument.
Nevertheless, it seems clear that the availability and relative anonymity of the internet has enabled crime or transgression mediated via it from individuals who would normally avoid these activities in a more physical context.
But, remove Twitter and something else would spring up for sure.
Twitter, once again is a naive accomplice in malfaisance, much like telegram and letters were before.
