I'm completely mystified why it's not possible to simply look at these offices and judge whether they are clean?

The only argument I can possibly muster is concern over whether COVID spray protocols were undertaken but if this is in the middle of the night it just doesn't make a difference.

In this case though I would strongly recommend spying on the level in the spray bottles.
