Don’t panic and start looking for diagnoses that aren’t there.
Talking to other parents there is a moment when you realise that every family deals with some level of “suppertime madness" that grips them just before bed.
In fact when I take a step back I can’t even see it’s happening a little bit with the adults.
If you are lucky enough to have the opportunity to take them outside for some healthy activities that might abate the symptoms those days you do it, and give you some peace of mind.
I’m not a medical professional, but unless you have other causes for concerns I would not be thinking about diagnosis at this point.
